Using the Profit Driver program, the Raj Manek Mentorship Program will provide two sessions each year to promote the financial health of protégés’ businesses. Through a package of reporting on each protégé’s financial outlook, the program will enable participants to make tactical decisions for growth. Benefits include bench-marking progress against industry peers, scenario planning (e.g. price changes, revenue growth vs. discounting), and business health check-ups. The analysis will help users to determine which parts of their businesses are slowing progress and where to allocate resources for optimal business operation.
