Greg Sutton
Greg Sutton is the co-founder and CEO of TinyEYE Therapy Services, the first company in the world to provide speech language pathology services online. Greg and his sister/business partner, Marnee Brick, have taken their company from being a small start-up to emerging as the world leader in online speech therapy – providing services in 12 countries and four languages.
Greg has a bachelor’s of commerce degree from the University of Saskatchewan, is a windsurfing fanatic, plays hockey year round and resides in Saskatoon with his lovely wife Michelle
Kanchan Manek
Kanchan Manek is Secretary of the Board of Directors and Raj Manek Mentorship Program Coordinator. Working tirelessly for the benefit of participants, she arranges all mentor/protégé matches and monthly seminars. She also deftly organizes the annual Business Mixer and the annual fundraising Banquet.
Lee Whittington
President and CEO of Prairie Swine Centre, Mr. Whittington is responsible for implementing his corporation’s strategic plan and overseeing research programs. He joined the Raj Manek Mentorship Program as a protégé in its initial year and later became a mentor. He is a long-term contributor to the Raj Manek Mentorship Program and his wife Grace Whittington, Director of Riverbend Plantation, is one of the Raj Manek Mentorship Program’s Corporate Sponsors.
Laurie Dmytryshyn
Laurie Dmytryshyn is the Chief of Equity Investment for PIC Investment Group and is responsible for PIC’s Minority Investment Portfolio. Prior to PIC she was the Executive Director for an industry organization in the agricultural sector that delivered a Federal Government Funding program and had the pleasure of working with industry organizations and entrepreneurs. She currently sits on the Board of Directors for several of PIC’s minority investment companies, Ag-West Bio and the Saskatchewan Capital Network.
Paul Martin
A long-time friend and colleague of Raj Manek, Paul Martin is Partner at Martin Charlton Communications and Chair of TEC Canada for Southern Saskatchewan. Paul has been with the Raj Manek Trust Fund and the Raj Manek Mentorship Program from its initiation in 1996. He has emceed the annual banquet for the past 18 years.
Raj Manek (Jr.)
Raj Manek, Jr., CA, CBV, is the Chairman of the Board and oversees the functioning of the program. Raj Manek is a Chartered Accountant and Advisor of his own consulting company Odyssey Chartered Accountant & Advisor, based in Edmonton.
Sona Manek
Daughter of the honoree and the namesake of the Program, Sona Manek, B.Sc., B.Comm, manages the annual fundraising banquet by coordinating keynote speakers, media relations, presenters, and print material. A graduate of the University of Saskatchewan College of Commerce and the Department of Biochemistry, she works in the pharmaceutical industry as a National Sales Training Manager.
