Guidelines and Requirements for Proteges
- The protégé is a business owner who has been in business for at least one year
- The protégé requires the background experience and wisdom of the mentor in order to secure success of his/her business
- The protégé is willing to participate in a mentoring relationship for one year
- The protégé is willing to apply advice received from the mentor
- The protégé is willing to commit to an average of two hours of meeting time with the mentor per month, and to attend one additional seminar, each month, on a no-charge basis
- The protégé must be willing to sign a "Release of Liability" document to ensure no legal recourse against the mentor, Raj Manek Business Mentorship Program, advisory group, or the Saskatoon and District Chamber of Commerce
- The protégé must be willing to sign a "Mentor and Protégé Agreement" form to ensure that both parties understand each others expectations regarding the Raj Manek Business Mentorship Program and that both parties respect each others’ confidentiality
